RFP# CCDPC2024-01
The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Planning and Codes, are accepting proposals for the design and construction of Phase 1 Stormwater Management Improvements in the community of Jonestown, including:
- Design and construction of stormwater best management practices on nine residential properties in Jonestown; and
- Conceptual design and construction services for improvements to the stormwater conveyance systems on the County roads of Klein Street and Nelpine Street in Jonestown

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 4, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. at the Pavilion at Jonestown Park located at 4472 Nelpine Road Preston, MD 21655. After the Pre-Bid meeting, a site walk-through will be held starting at Jonestown Park on Nelpine Road. This is the bidders' opportunity to enter the private properties during the bidding process. Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to: Leslie Grunden, Caroline County MD Dept of Planning and Codes, at 410-479-8105, . Bidders shall not enter the private properties listed in the bid form at any time during the bid process.
Bids must be received in the offices of the Caroline County Commissioners, County Courthouse located at 109 Market Street, Denton, Maryland 21629, by no later than 10:00 am October 27, 2023, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any/or all bids.
